Walk-and-Talk Therapy combines the benefits of traditional talk therapy with the positive effects of light exercise and fresh air. During these sessions, we’ll take our conversations outdoors, walking side by side in a natural setting. This approach can help reduce stress, boost mood, and encourage open and relaxed communication. Whether you're navigating perinatal challenges or seeking general mental health support, Walk-and-Talk Therapy provides a refreshing and holistic way to work towards your well-being. No need to find a sitter, pack up your stroller and infant and let’s take our session outdoors!
Walk and talk sessions will be located at parks local to Midlothian, Texas only.

If I am an out-of-network with your insurance, I can provide you with a superbill — a receipt for your sessions — that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Services/apps like Reimbursify and Mentaya can make this easier by helping you submit and track your claims.

I am located in the DFW area in Texas. However, I offer virtual telehealth sessions throughout the state of Texas and Washington.

During your first session or initial consultation, we'll take time to get to know each other and discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, goals, and concerns. It's also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the therapy process and determine if we're a good fit to work together.

The frequency of therapy sessions depends on your individual needs and availability. Initially, sessions may be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly to address immediate concerns. As therapy progresses, sessions may become less frequent based on your progress and goals.
